Plexus email is a personal tool used only by its owner, on his own Google accounts. This policy says what it does with the Google data it can see.
Read-only access to the owner's own Gmail (the gmail.readonly permission): messages, labels, and settings. It cannot send, delete, or change mail.
To show the owner which conversations are waiting on him or on someone else, and to let him search and read his own mail through his own tools. In a later version, message text may be stored in the owner's private database and passed to AI model providers he has chosen, to summarise threads and prepare drafts for him to review. Drafts are never sent automatically.
Google data is not sold, not shared with anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train general-purpose AI models. The use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The owner can revoke access at any time from his Google account's security page.
